Well that came around quickly!!!

The sun is out in Glasgow, the Games have started in style and with the track and field events beginning at Hampden on Sunday we had better get a move on and install all of this along our route before then.

Follow us on twitter or Facebook to see photos when we get a chance to post them or come and visit the craftbomb once it is installed.

Off to stitch and sew now with lots of lovely people.

There are only a couple of days before we start installing … The knitting, crochet and craft is gathering from all over the place and also there are some last-minute plans coming together, including a puppet theatre.

There is still time to volunteer for the installation team on either the Friday or the Saturday. Just email scattercraft@gmail.com if you are interested.

Children are welcome along as well. There will be a workshop for them where they can draw animals from the Commonwealth and help turn them into felt creations.

We are in the main hall with the kitchen at the back of the church. Come in through the side door and follow the posters down the stairs……
